The two-fold mission of the CASE Coalition is:
1) to reduce substance abuse and promoting factors that minimize the risk of substance abuse; and
2) to establish and strengthen collaboration among all sectors in the community to support the efforts of the CASE coalition to prevent and reduce substance abuse among Holmes County youth and eventually adults.
